Your practice videos are processed on your device. Flow in Eights does not upload your library to developer-operated servers.

Your videos and settings

Flow in Eights imports videos you select from Photos or Files, records practice video with your permission, and processes playback, audio alignment and comparison exports on your device. Imported media, saved recordings, comparisons and settings are stored in the app’s local storage.

Files selected from a cloud provider may be downloaded by that provider. Device backups and Photos syncing depend on your Apple or provider settings.

Permissions

Camera access is used to record practice videos. The app’s recorder does not capture microphone audio; it uses audio from your selected reference video for saved practice recordings. Videos you import may contain their original audio.

Photos add permission is requested when you choose to save an output to Photos. Import uses the system Photos or Files picker, allowing you to select individual files. You can revoke camera and Photos permissions in Settings.

Data collection and feedback

The app has no account system, advertising, tracking or third-party analytics SDK. The developer does not automatically receive your media or app activity from the app.

When you use a TestFlight version, Apple may provide the developer with installation and usage metrics, crash reports, feedback and tester contact details under Apple’s TestFlight privacy terms. If you voluntarily send feedback, the developer receives the information and attachments you provide and uses them to respond and improve the app. Include private media only if you intend to share it.

Retention and deletion

Saved media remains on your device until you delete it. In-app delete controls remove selected library items and related records. Some generated caches may persist until the app is deleted. Deleting the app removes its local data; offloading the app may retain data.

Copies exported to Photos, Files, backups or another app are managed separately. Feedback is retained as needed to respond to your request and investigate reported issues, or until you request its deletion, subject to any required retention. Contact the developer to request deletion of feedback held by the developer. Apple separately controls TestFlight information it holds.

This page has no feedback form or additional advertising or analytics scripts. Its hosting provider may process technical request information to deliver and secure the page.
